February Update

We are still  sending all the work over to 'Whatz Games' ready for the first draft of printing.

We have also commissioned an artist to put together a new cover for our new 24cmx24cm x5cm box.

We believe this is the best 'Collabescape' has ever looked. It's a fun family game and think it really comes across in this bright new design. We are sending this to the manufacturers for printing along with the card designs. Since we changed manufacturers from who created our prototype, it has meant we have had to change the files for all the pieces of the game to suit Whatz Games needs.  This includes new files with different bleed lines/ margin lines and preferences for over 150 pieces of artwork. This has been taken up most of the time and we are very close to completing the task. We should be able to get a printed sample sorted during March.

Did You Know?

It has taken a long time to get the box to look like this, however did you know 'Collabescape' didn't start out as a board game. It has evolved from a smaller card game to a single board game to a double sided themed board with extra cards. Collabescape has grown due to you backing this project. Thank you.

When we first designed the concept it started as a back and forth card game. This was changed later to a board game to make it more thematic and promote teamwork between the players.

The new 25cm squared box artwork looks fantastic, for your interest you might like to see a few prototypes for the box artwork before it made it to Kickstarter.

We believe we now have the best design possible for 'Collabescape' and it is all thanks to this Kickstarter and all the backers who have made this game bigger and better.

January Update

Hello Everybody

First of all an apology for a delay in updates. It has been a very hectic few months. In short, we will not be able to make our deadline of a February delivery. Due to things happening on our end we have not been able to get as much done as we wanted to do during the time we set for ourselves. This has been our third Kickstarter and we have strived to get rewards to our backers early, this will be the first time we won’t be able to get your rewards to you on the delivery time we scheduled.

We have not stopped; it has just been a slower process than expected and we still plan to get Collabescape out to you later this year.

We have teamed up with Whatz Games to create and manufacture Collabescape. Their white sample they sent us was really good quality and have been produced many top quality board games.

At the moment we are here on the schedule for Whatz Games. We are in the middle of applying Artwork and verifying proofs for printing.

In other news we have also partnered with ShipQuest to help with our deliveries. They are specialists in transporting games around the world and have been doing this for years. This should also make sure there are no extra costs in shipping (especially for USA and EU).

November Update - Add ons sent out

Hello Everyone

Just a quick update to let you know that we sent out Add-ons yesterday to  anyone who pledged for a calendar in BackerKit. You will be receiving your Add -ons very shortly.

What about Collabescape?

We are still working on getting Collabescape manufactured. We are at the stage of matching artwork to templates of the new samples ( as seen in last update.) Then it will be final approval and onto main production.

Add- Ons - Split shipping - Lock Addresses

Hello Everyone.

If you have purchased add-ons, we will be locking down addresses now to get your calendars out to you  as soon as possible and arriving at the beginning of November.

Please make sure you have filled in your surveys correctly with your addresses and billing information. There will be a email coming from BackerKit to confirm this.

White sample is in

Hello Everyone 

Just a quick October update. We have just received the white sample back from the manufacturers. This now needs the artwork attached and we have our game.

A few nice changes:

The box is now a square- 24cm x 24cm ( This is to enable a bigger board and some nice front of box designs)

A contents divider inside the box ( didn't have this before- makes it look very nice)

A bigger board- we will be able to provide a bigger board of 46cm square.

We are very impressed with the quality of the manufacturer and are proceeding to the next stage. We will keep you updated in November of the progress.
